Server Error (firewall issue?)

I followed the instructions to connect per https://www.mobile-coach.eu/docs/installation/server/setup/. However we reach the point after inputting the port numbers and email and then run into this message. It seems that the private key is not being generated. Anybody know what may be causing this?

There error you are getting is from the tool “letsencrypt”. This tool creates the certificates for the secure https connection.

It says, that the machine you want to create the certificate for, most probably the server you want to install MobileCoach on, is not reachable from the internet using the domain you entered. Talk to your IT department about this issue, they can help you out, because they are the only ones capable of managing the *cornell.edu domains. This most certainly is a missing DNS config.
