Any ways to validate / correct participant flow

We would like to have some help / suggestion regarding the operation of intervention.

We have setup an intervention which consists of quite a number of dialogs. Based on the inputs by the participant, the flow may jump to different dialogs. We have a number of staff handling different parts of the intervention. We would like to know if there are any suggestions to minimise the chance of introduction of logical error.

In addition, in case there is really logical errors, how would you suggest to correct the flow of the participant? It seems difficult once a conversation is “kicked off”. I think most of them can be blocked by “test runs” before rolling out but in practise some of the error cases cannot be covered and we need to correct them in the “production run”. Do you have similar experience and how do you solve them?
